The On - site Observation Meeting on the Main Responsibility for Quality and Safety was successfully held.

On the morning of October 18, 2023, Jinan City convened an on-site observation meeting on implementing primary responsibility for industrial product quality and safety in Licheng District. Shandong Zhongchan Paper Co., Ltd., as a benchmark manufacturing enterprise above designated size in Licheng District, hosted the inspection and guidance team for on-site observation. Attendees included Bangyong Sun, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Jinan Municipal Market Regulation Administration; Bo Gao , Member of the Standing Committee of the Licheng District Party Committee and Deputy District Chief; and over 50 responsible officials from market regulation bureaus across various districts and counties.

This on-site meeting primarily focused on hearing work reports regarding the implementation of the Interim Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Food-Related Product Quality and Safety (Order No. 62 of the State Administration for Market Regulation), the Supervision and Administration Provisions on the Implementation of Primary Responsibility for Quality and Safety by Industrial Product Manufacturers (Order No. 75 of the State Administration for Market Regulation), and the Supervision and Administration Provisions on the Implementation of Primary Responsibility for Quality and Safety by Industrial Product Distributors (Order No. 76 of the State Administration for Market Regulation).

General Manager Yongjun Liu accompanied the delegation during the on-site observation, while Quality Control Department Manager Yang Li provided a detailed introduction throughout the process regarding the implementation of company regulations and quality control procedures. The visiting officials fully affirmed Shandong Zhongchan Paper Co., Ltd.'s achievements in establishing systems for raw material control, non-conforming product management, and food-related product quality incident response protocols. They also recognized the company's appointment of a Quality and Safety Director and Quality and Safety Officers, as well as the effective implementation of primary quality and safety responsibilities. They emphasized that ‘’prioritizing quality and creating quality’’should become a benchmark for market entities, promoted as the outcome of their voluntary commitment and autonomous actions.
